Let's Talk Climate Change, Vaccinations, and the Dumbest People in America

 I've observed a lot of stupid people in my life, and the one thing they always have in common is they don't know they're stupid.  In fact, they think they're smart.  Smarter than everyone else.  It's a fascinating phenomenon!  

There's a lotta truth in this old saying

Let's take a look at two of the stupidest things I've ever seen or heard said about climate change.  The first one became an instant classic from renowned dumbass, Ben Shapiro.

 

The second is more recent having just been vomitted out on what I like to call, Twatter's World over on Fox

 

 

 Yes, it's no big deal - we're all gonna sell our homes to Aquaman!

I just want to let you know I saw this coming.  I knew when we finally reached the point where people were basically spontaneously combusting from the heat, FOX and the right would no longer deny climate change was happening and would immediately switch to "it's no big deal".

Once you can open your door and see climate change, even the imbeciles who actually DVR Twatter's World so as not to miss a moment! will catch on, you know?

One of my aunts is a much-married right wing lunatic.  Her second husband was a real trip.  He worked for Terminix and my father used to call him "the bug killer".  This was long before I was into Marvel or DC, so I didn't recognize it as the supervillain origin story it so obviously was. 

Anyway, one day we were at their home and...I am trying to think of a random name I can use other than his real name, and I swear to God the first two I thought of were names of other men she married.  Jesus Christ.  Fuck it, his name was Jim.  My cousins and I used to call him "Uncle Dim".   

So anyway, Dim was trying to light the BBQ and he was having the time of it, for sure.  My, I guess I would call him a step-grandfather, elbowed my brother and said "watch this, but stand back."

Sure enough Dim nearly blew himself up.  Flames shot up and out and he screamed.

And my friends, I mean, he fucking screamed.  

You would think my step-grandfather would have warned him, but my grandma always had quite a bit of spicy twist in her, and I guess her men did too.  My step-grandfather and brother snickered, and my grandma just shook her head and called Dim a damn fool. 

I am sure if he is still alive he voted for Trump.  I know that my aunt sure did, twice.  She's a Q now, so far down the rabbit hole that she's unreachable.  

Anyway, these are the people who watch Twatter's World.  Who would watch Ben Shapiro talking about "well you'll just sell your homes after the oceans rise so much you can't live there any longer" and nod along, like "yeah, right! that's what  you'd do!  man these libtards are so dumb."

They're the people whose grandchildren and great-grandchildren will spit on their graves as the planet they left behind burns around them.  

How has America allowed these idiots to rise to the top?  To command such audiences?   Worse, to command a nation's policy?  

Putting aside climate change for one moment, let's take a look what's going on with vaccines.

 

 

 

 

 

So, all of a sudden this week, a bunch of GOP bigwigs starting pushing the vaccine.  Now, fuckface DeSantis, who is a likely future Republican Presidential nominee, is still selling merch making fun of Fauci and so-called "vaccine passports".  I mean, he's still totally anti-vax.  For the peons I mean, certainly not for himself.  Much like Tucker Carlson, DeSantis was vaxxed early on, back when you and me couldn't even get it.   They use the Republican base as cannon fodder and guinea pigs.  I mean, that part is kinda funny, but still.

But the point is, they all of a sudden this week came out and started talking pro-vax.  Why?

People say oh it's because Delta is so bad, they realized they are killing their own voters.  But I think that's bullshit.  They don't give a crap if they kill some of their own voters.  Their policies kill their voters all the time.  

We saw the stock market crash on Monday.  The Delta variant is causing economic stress.  Corporate America needs to be back at work full speed, and they want their customers and clients back to work full speed.  They also want and need events, concerts, filled shopping malls, etc. 

So stop bullshitting us we know what happened.  Every single elected person in the GOP is owned by corporate entities.  And their owners picked up the phone and said "bitch, who told you to tell Americans not to take the vaccine?  Because I own your ass and I know I didn't tell you to do that."

And so the order was given and the little whores ran to the nearest microphone to say what their owners instructed them to say.

Now, this is a good thing.   But FOX is still allowing anti-vax shitheads like Tucker Carlson, and others, to pull their bullshit.   So it won't stop.  What we saw this week is kabuki theatre, and the GOP voters know it.  They know these whores were forced out there to say these things.  But the base, which is filled with morons, believe the all-powerful libtards forced them to do it.  They really don't understand that their politicians are owned lock, stock, and cock, by corporate entities, both foreign and domestic.

Well, they believe they can sell their under-water, flooded out homes on the open market, so of course they don't understand. 

If these little GOP whores are forced to keep mouthing these things, it may help.  It won't help a lot, but it may help some.  And we need every little bit of help we can get because we need shots in arms, period.

But somewhere around 40% and up of the base will never get vaccinated.  So will it be enough?

I don't think so.  It's going to hinder full economic recovery for a while to come.  And unfortunately, some innocents who are immunocompromised are going to die.  And until under 12 year olds can be vaxxed, some of them will die.  Thank God not many, but for me, one is one too many.  And even afterwards, some of these little kids have parents who just won't vaccinate them, and a few of them will die.  

And all of that, all of that, makes FOX news and their ilk murderers.  Man's laws may be murky, but you stand in front of God with the story that you were "just raising questions" and see what happens.

It's murder. 

The current Covid wave we are in is the FOX wave.  It's not the first wave, it's not the second wave, or the third, it's the FOX wave.  And there's blood on them there hands.  But God will deal with you, eventually. 

In the meantime, we go back to when you're stupid, you don't know that you're stupid, so it's not difficult for you.  It's difficult for others.

And over 30% of Americans are making things very fucking difficult for me and you right now.  And they won't stop.

    Same Warren. Yes, exactly. That’s how I feel, and it’s so upsetting.

    This is the first time I’ve seen my sentiments reflected exactly and without even a shade of difference…I couldn’t agree more! Now, my ONLY question is, how in the name of God do you get these morons…or, as you more colorfully call them, shitheads…to do the sheep thing behind someone with more informed rhetoric than Trump, or McConnell, or…well, ya know, it just goes on! If it weren’t that some innocents – those who are medically prevented from taking the vaccine, or the juvenile victims of parents who prevent their being vaccinated – I’d say let ’em do the lemming thing…or the swine in the bible that went into the sea with the demon Christ put into them…let ’em eliminate themselves by means of COVID…in the long run – just think – it would raise the average IQ of the collected population…maybe, in the end, a blessing!
